Within all those sections are little levers you can pull to extract value in the long term.

Value meaning a boost in lifetime value of the customer.

it's a mini scoring system that will show you exactly where to focus.

Each X has a few questions to ask yourself.

the supplementary questions help give some more context for ya.

You rate yourself 1-6

I'd imagine you to be honest with yourself.

Anything else will mess up your score.

And we don't want that right?

We wanna get results. 

We don't want to make numbers up to impress people right?

Good.

Now, when you go through the questions a few things will happen.

You'll either get bored and walk away.

Or your mind will start to churn. The synapses in your brain will start firing.

You may start to sweat a little.
